Hi Everyone,
Have just updated a new recipe. This one is low in fat and high in protein. It doesn't look like the prettiest dish but is very tasty. A good way to use up carrots and zucchini. With the nights getting cooler this is a comfort dish that can easily be whipped up. A good one to freeze if you make too much, and presents well in ramekin. It's a dish that bought me back to my childhood, so I really liked it!
